1 sm Lemon Jello
1 c Hot Water
1 c Drained Pineapple
1 c Cool Whip
1/2 c Creamy Cottage Cheese
1/2 c Walnuts (Optional)

Dissolve jello in hot water
Chill until partly set
Add cottage cheese and then cream the jello (whip with hand mixer)
Add only 1 cup hot water
Put in container, let set
